What happens after you submit?
Once we receive your request, a member of our team will call or text you within a few hours to confirm your appointment time, answer any questions, and let you know everything you need to bring.
We respond to all requests Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM, and Saturday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Requests submitted outside of business hours will be answered first thing the next business day.

What to bring to your appointment
- Proof of current rabies vaccination – required for all dogs and cats
- Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination – highly recommended for dogs
- Your pet on a leash or in a carrier
- Any specific grooming instructions or reference photos for the cut you want
- Information about allergies, skin conditions, or medications
That’s it. We handle everything else from there. If your pet’s vaccinations have lapsed, please get those updated before your appointment so every pet in our salon stays safe.
Cancellation & rescheduling
We understand that life happens, especially with pets. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we just ask for at least 24 hours notice so we can offer your slot to another pet owner on our waitlist.
To cancel or reschedule, simply call us at (432) 366-2547 or reply to your confirmation message. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a small fee.
